Jim Hillsman has a 35+ year track record of creating world-class experiences for clients. As a licensed REALTOR®, Jim brings a passion to helping his clients when buying or selling a Richmond area home. He has an extensive Executive and Sales Management background and brings a unique business perspective to real estate so important in today’s ever changing economy and market.

Jim specializes in working with buyers and sellers throughout Central Virginia including the West End of Richmond. Jim is an West End area expert for many neighborhoods including Grayson Hill, Countryside, Moorland Farms, Dorsett Woods, Westham, Glenburnie and other neighborhoods in the River Road/Cary Street corridor and Libbie/Grove area.
